How long will my delivery take?
In-stock: 2–4 weeks. Made-to-order: 4–6 weeks. Ex-display: Immediate.
Who delivers my furniture?
We use a specialist 2-man delivery service. They deliver to your room of choice.
Can you set up my new sofa?
Setup (£25): Unpack and set up. Setup & Rubbish Removal (£35): Set up plus removal of all packaging.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
30-day return policy on most items.
Are there exceptions?
Made-to-order items have stricter conditions. Contact us before purchase if unsure.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Where is your showroom?
Unit 3, Atlas Works, Nelson Street, Carlisle, CA2 5NB. Tue–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat–Sun 11am–4pm.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes — 5-year insurance from £49.99 or free with promotions. Covers accidental damage and stains.
Can I customise my sofa?
Many items are made-to-order with fabric and configuration choices. 4–6 week delivery.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — Klarna and Clearpay available. Contact us for details.
